Summary:
Wow. Sarah Palin really kicked some ass in that speech. Light on policy but heavy on skewering both the media and Obama, I think she did exctly what she was supposed to do. I think I figured out Sarah Palins role in all this: she is the representation of the voter. Just like in every good novel, there has to be a character like the reader who is there simply for them to identify with. She is that person. And you know what - attacks on her will resonate as attacks on the American people. This was a brilliant move by the McCain camp. Hell, I think I like her more than McCain. Way more. But we need more red meat - real red meat, like tax cutting, government limiting red meat. Wheres that? Plus Obama, why so serious?
